This picture shows exactly the difference between employees over 30 years old and under though I don't know the real cuz I'm a student not employee.
As years pass, the employees over 30 tend to be more tired you know. So they need to take a rest in holidays, Saturday and Sunday. So fine on monday, but finally on friday they're exausted.
In case of under 30, looks opossite. Why? Come on!!! You can guess it cuz you're under 30 or had been under 30. Holidays are days for a change of pace for under 30, I guess. They probably go somewhere to do. So they're finest on Friday when they can fihish their job in a week.
If you go to a night club, you're definitly true for second one! Yeah, fucking bad conditon day is Monday for me. Every week, I'm looking forward to on Friday! ^^

Definitely patter no#2 ^^
I'm 21 and I'm definately pattern number one :D Though it's mainly cause I work on weekends - so I have my fun on the week.
