The Day the Earth Stood Stupidly

Oh, this time's title is wrong? No, you can expect how I felt after watching this movie by the title. I downloaded the movie by a kind of P2P program and then watched it. In Japan, it's gonna be released on 19th December, so I can tell you whether you should go to a theater or not. ...Actually, No sadly. Why? Read beyond if it's convinient to know what's point.

The Day the Earth Stood Still starts off well. It is pretty captivating and interesting. For about the first thirty minutes I couldn't stop wondering what's going to happen next. The movie was moving slow but still holding my attention.

But after thirty minutes, the movie was going nowhere. Just nothing's happning. Yeah, nothing especially! The movie wasn't unfolding even near end of the story, so I felt it's really sucks.

If you're a fun of Jennifer Connelly, it's worth to go a theater for sure. But in case of Evan Keanu, you'll probably be dissapointed cuz his character this time is ...flat.

Lastly, boring. :(
